Get away at this stylish 2 bed/2bath loft style beach condo just 1.5 miles from the Surfside Beaches and steps away from the never crowded pool. Remodeled in 2021 with all new appliances, smart tv’s and 125+ MBPS wifi, this condo is the perfect place to relax with the family in a quieter more laid back area that will allow you to get away or get into the action of the Grand Strand. Located in Surfside Beach “The Family Beach”, you will be just minutes from all the area’s attractions!
As you enter the condo on the 2nd floor, you are immediately greeted with the primary bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a large closet and 40″ Roku TV. Steps away is the downstairs bathroom with a tub/shower combo, good for the little ones. Next you will approach the fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher oven, range, refrigerator, toaster and Kuerig Coffee Maker. There is bar stool seating for meals at the kitchen counter peninsula and comfy sofas which give you a great view of the 55″ Roku Tv in the living room. Step outside and you find a patio overlooking the beautiful neighborhood which is very pleasant at night. Upstairs in the loft suite, there is another queen bed, large walk in closet, 45″ Roku TV and private en suite bath with a shower.
A car is recommended. Uber is available in the area but can be limited at times.

You will have access to the whole property and pool access for your stay, plus a dedicated parking spot right in front of the main door to the condo.

HOA Regulations

Pool: 9am-11pm
No glass or pets in pool or surrounding enclosure.
No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian.
Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in pool area and court side. First Aid kits are located on pool decks next to emergency phone.
Pets: No pets allowed by renters.
Balconies: Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. A dryer is provided in each unit. No portable grills are permitted on balconies!
Grills: Charcoal grills are provided for all guests to utilize. Please ensure you are attending the grill at all times during usage. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios.
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. Not all buildings have a dumpster in their direct lot. Please use the ones located in the parking lots of the adjacent building or opposite building.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Each unit is allowed 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners.
Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
