Boasting almost 1200 sf. of space, there is a large downstairs bedroom with a queen sized bed, flat screen HDTV and en suite private bath with stand up shower. The fully stocked eat in kitchen will allow you to prepare gourmet meals and bring the whole family together for fellowship and fun. Relax in the comfort of the living room with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light from the sky lights. In the loft accessed by a spiral staircase, there is another and even larger bedroom with 2 queen beds, a walk in closet, a flat screen tv and another en suite private bathroom with stand up shower. Also, perfect for the working nomad, there is a desk in the loft perfect for working from home!
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don’t plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren’t charging stations.
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry and dish pods. All of this is included with the “cleaning fee”. You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting beach umbrellas and chairs locally to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Pool Hours: 9am-10pm
No glass or pets in pool or surrounding enclosure.
No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian.
Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in pool area and court side. First Aid kits are located on pool decks next to emergency phone.
Balconies: Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. A dryer is located either inside the condo or on the back porch in the utility closet.
Grills: Charcoal grills are provided for all residents and guests to utilize near the pool deck. Please ensure you are attending the grill at all times during usage. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios as this is a fire hazard.
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the building parking lots. Not all buildings have a dumpster in their direct lot. Please use the ones located in the parking lots of the adjacent building or opposite building.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Each unit is permitted 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking next to the tennis courts on Auburn Lane. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners.
Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
