Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D’s Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. The entire home is yours along with our FREE State Parks Pass that will get you into both the Myrtle Beach State Park (4 miles North) or Huntington Beach State Park (15 mins South). You will be able to park right up front by the beach for free rather than having to fight the public parking lots and fight for a spot on crowded beaches. Plus, there is a fishing pier, kids playground(s), restrooms, picnic shelters, snack bar, nature center and much more!!

HOA Regulations
Please treat our home and the grounds with the same respect

Pets: No pets allowed by renters.
Balconies: Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. A dryer is provided in each unit. No portable grills are permitted on balconies!
Grills: Charcoal grills are provided for all guests to utilize. Please ensure you are attending the grill at all times during usage. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios.
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Park anywhere in front of the building you are staying in. No parking pass is required.
Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
