Your home away from home in paradise is “The Kraken”. This stylishly remodeled, large 3rd floor 2 bed/2 bath loft style condo gives you everything a great getaway should be. In Surfside Beach’s Golf Colony, a short golf cart ride to the beach (1.5 miles away) and overlooking a fabulous pool deck equipped with a smoker, grill and picnic area to entertain the whole family, you won’t run out of good times in the sun.
Enter the condo at level 2 and you will immediately feel the stress peel away as you go up the stairs to the main living level containing a fully equipped kitchen, huge master bedroom with a King bed, 2 closets including a walk-in, flat screen tv and beautifully appointed furnishings. The fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and a dining table for 4 plus additional bar stool seating opens to the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, skylights for plenty of natural light and a 65″ HD smart tv so you can binge watch all your favorite shows. Step out onto the large covered patio and you can watch the sunset over the pool deck with a drink in hand! Upstairs in the loft suite, you will find 2 queen beds, an en suite private bath and another 35″ flat screen tv for all your entertainment needs. Everything has been though of in this gorgeously remodeled condo.
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don’t plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren’t charging stations.
Public parking is available at the Surfside Beach Pier as well as the other public beach access points in Surfside. I highly recommend Myrtle Beach State Park as well, which has a small fee to park for the day, but gets you access to easy parking, a snack bar, fishing pier and public restrooms.
We will provide all of your sheets and bath towels with the cleaning fee we charge as well as hand soaps, dish soap in the kitchen, a couple of laundry and dish pods, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom and a roll of paper towels to get you started for your stay. Please note we don’t provide beach towels, umbrella or chairs, but we do have some pretty amazing beach chairs for rent very reasonably.

Close enough to the Surfside beaches, Golf Colony at Deerfield is much quieter and more family friendly than Myrtle Beach. You will still be close to the Surfside Beaches, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and Myrtle Beach restaurants and amenities/attractions. One of the best kept secrets in Surfside!
You will have the whole condo to yourself with shared access to the pool with other guests and homeowners.

Pool: 9am-11pm
No glass or pets in pool or surrounding enclosure.
No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian.
Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in pool area and court side. First Aid kits are located on pool decks next to emergency phone.
Pets: No pets allowed by renters.
Balconies: Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. A dryer is provided in each unit. No portable grills are permitted on balconies!
Grills: Grills and smoker are provided for all residents and guests to utilize. Please ensure you are attending the grill at all times during usage. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios.
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. Not all buildings have a dumpster in their direct lot. Please use the ones located in the parking lots of the adjacent building or opposite building.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Each unit is allowed 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking just across from the main lot. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners.
Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
