The Retreat at Glenn’s Bay is one of the best locations in Surfside! Just 1/4 mile from downtown Surfside and 1.5 miles from the brand new Surfside Pier, you can enjoy the beach breezes from either of the shaded screen porches or hit the pool just steps away. This beautiful 4 bed/3 bath Villa, boasts over 1500 sf. and allows gas powered golf carts, which you can take directly to the beach. Enjoy getting around to the grocery store, beach or dinner with a family fun adventure by golf cart!
Step inside Jen’s Bay Retreat, where you will find dual downstairs master suites with king beds and a private en suite bathroom each so you and your family don’t have to fight over who gets the best bedroom. Also on the main level is a comfy living room with plenty of seating, a 55″ HDTV with premium cable, a fully stocked kitchen and not 1 but 2 screened porches sheltered from the sun. Stroll upstairs and you will find a 2nd large living room space with a sleeper sofa and 2 additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom and more porch seating off the 2nd living room.
A car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.
For some extra fun, rent a gas powered golf cart locally from Ajax or King of Carts. They will drop off and pick up the cart for you!

The Retreat at Glenn’s Bay is located off Glenn’s Bay Road, a golf cart legal road with 30 MPH speed limit. Make a left turn out of the complex and you are just 2 minutes away from downtown Surfside with its delicious eateries and night life. Just about a mile beyond that is the gorgeous new Surfside Pier with additional tasty restaurant choices, ice cream shops, retail and public beach access with golf cart parking. Public parking is only about $10/day. Also, within 10 minutes drive are 3 grocery stores, including Piggly Wiggly less than 1/4 mile away and reachable by golf cart.

-Run dishes through dishwasher and put away
-Put towels in a pile in bathrooms
-Leave all bed sheets on beds along w/ pillows, cleaner will do count of all linens.
-Discard ALL food from Refrigerator/Freezer and Cabinets
-Discard ALL trash in Outside Receptacle
-Turn off All lights & Appliances
-Set A/C to 74 degrees
-Close and lock ALL Doors and windows
Don’t forget to check unit for left behind personal items
HOA Rules & Regulations
Pool: 9am-11pm
No glass or pets in pool or surrounding enclosure.
No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian.
Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in pool area and court side. First Aid kits are located on pool decks next to emergency phone.
Pets: No pets allowed by renters.
Balconies: Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. A dryer is provided in each unit. No portable grills are permitted on balconies!
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the bright green dumpsters located to the left of the building past the pool.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Each unit is allowed 1 parking space, which is marked with the unit number on it. Please park all additional cars in overflow parking just steps away. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots without prior approval. Please contact us ahead of time if you are planning on bringing a trailer so we can notify the Homeowner’s Association. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners.
Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
