This recently remodeled and spacious 2nd floor end unit condo has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating for the whole family to relax and is close enough to the Surfside Beaches at 1.3 miles away. You will appreciate how quiet and relaxing this community is, with plenty of free parking, a large pool deck including a hot tub, grills and outdoor picnic area to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. Step inside this updated and well maintained 1250 sqft. loft style 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Immediately you will encounter the downstairs master suite equipped with a comfy queen bed, flat screened tv and en suite private bath accessible from the hallway as well. The fully stocked, eat in kitchen opens nicely to the large living space with vaulted ceilings and sky lights to provide tons of natural light. There are 2 dining spaces inside at the table and kitchen peninsula as well as a super nice deck which will allow your family to enjoy breakfast and coffee inside or outside. The deck is overlooking the immaculate and never crowded pool and grilling areas and also includes a utility closet with full sized washer and dryer for easy access. Located in Surfside Beach’s Golf Colony Resort, one of the best kept secrets in Surfside, you will be only 1.3 miles from the Surfside Beaches.
For a super fun vacation, we highly recommend renting a gas powered golf cart (sorry electric aren’t permitted) for rides to the beach! There are lots of people who do this every day and you will quickly be able to jump on someone’s wheel and follow the wagon train of carts to the beach.
Public parking is available at the Surfside Beach Pier as well as the other public beach access points in Surfside. I highly recommend Myrtle Beach State Park as well, which has a small fee to park for the day, but gets you access to easy parking, a snack bar, fishing pier and public restrooms.
We will provide all of your sheets and bath towels with the cleaning fee we charge as well as hand soaps, dish soap in the kitchen, a couple of laundry and dish pods, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom and a roll of paper towels to get you started for your stay. Please note we don’t provide beach towels, umbrella or chairs, but we do have some pretty amazing beach chairs for rent very reasonably.
We follow our guests’ lead on interaction. We are as available as you want, but will also leave you in peace to enjoy your vacation!
Close enough to the Surfside beaches, Golf Colony at Deerfield is much quieter and more family friendly than Myrtle Beach. You will be close to the Surfside Beaches, 15 minutes from the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach restaurants and amenities/attractions. One of the best kept secrets in Surfside!
You will have the whole condo to yourself with shared access to the pool with other guests and homeowners.

Pool: 9am-11pm
No glass or pets in pool or surrounding enclosure.
No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian.
Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in pool area and court side. First Aid kits are located on pool decks next to emergency phone.
Pets: No pets allowed by renters.
Balconies: Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. A dryer is provided in each unit. No portable grills are permitted on balconies!
Grills: Grills and smoker are provided for all residents and guests to utilize. Please ensure you are attending the grill at all times during usage. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios.
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. Not all buildings have a dumpster in their direct lot. Please use the ones located in the parking lots of the adjacent building or opposite building.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Each unit is allowed 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking just across from the main lot. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners.
Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
