Its perfectly located between Hwy 17 Business and 17 Bypass, just 1.5 miles from the 16th Ave. N beach access point and convenient to every Surfside amenity. This spacious and comfortable condo is located in the heart of Surfside Beach and close to downtown Surfside and the gorgeous and brand new Surfside Pier. Included is a fully stocked eat in kitchen and comfortable living room to relax and enjoy family time. The downstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor loft bedroom has 2 full sized beds, a private en suite bath and spacious walk in closet.
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don’t plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities and the beach by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren’t charging stations.
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry and dish pods. All of this is included with the “cleaning fee”. You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting beach umbrellas and chairs locally to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D’s Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. -Run dishes through dishwasher and put away
-Put towels in a pile in bathrooms
-Leave all bed sheets on beds along w/ pillows, cleaner will do count of all linens.
-Discard ALL food from Refrigerator/Freezer and Cabinets
-Discard ALL trash in Outside Receptacle
-Turn off All lights & Appliances
-Set A/C to 74 degrees
-Close and lock ALL Doors and windows

Pets: No pets allowed by renters.
Balconies: Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. A dryer is provided in each unit. No portable grills are permitted on balconies!
Grills: Charcoal grills are provided for all guests to utilize. Please ensure you are attending the grill at all times during usage. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios.
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Each unit is allowed 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners.
Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
