Immediately to your left is the eat in kitchen with bar stools for your drop in guests. Stroll down the hall and you have the kids` bedroom on your right and further down the hall you will enter the large master bedroom with en suite bathroom for extra privacy and comfort. Perfect for a family of 4!
You will want to rent a car if you fly in. Uber is available in the area, but a car is nice to have for transport to and from the beach and elsewhere.

Located right in the heart of Surfside Beach and a direct shot of about 2.5 miles to the heart of the beach. There is a grocery store across the street (Food Lion) as well as Pigly Wigly at the end of Glenn’s Bay Road and the intersection of Hwy 17 Business. Several local favorite restaurants and night spots are within 2-3 miles of the condo so you won’t have to travel far for entertainment. Also, just a 10 minute drive from the Market Common.

HOA Regulations
Please treat our home and the grounds with the same respect

Pets: No pets allowed by renters.
Balconies: Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. A dryer is provided in each unit. No portable grills are permitted on balconies!
Grills: Charcoal grills are provided for all guests to utilize. Please ensure you are attending the grill at all times during usage. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios.
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Park anywhere in front of the building you are staying in. No parking pass is required.
Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
