This is undoubtedly the nicest condo with the most amenities in all of Myrtle Beach Resort. You have to see this one! Located on the north facing end of Building “A”, you can see almost clear to North Myrtle Beach on a clear day from the huge patio. Did we say patio? Yes! Its equipped to seat the whole family and has comfortable seating, not that metal and mesh stuff. Plus, you can air fry or grill your dinner while looking at the ocean views. The owner of this property has thought of every detail in decorating this gorgeous condo, and didn’t stop with decor. The queen mattress in the master bedroom is a Purple Premium and the twin beds are super comfy as well. Spend your stay in the lap of luxury!!
Entering the front door, you are immediately greeted by the master suite on your left with a Queen Purple Premium mattress, 40″ flat screen tv with DirecTV, a real live vanity with mirror and dressing stand and beautiful decor, including an accent wall. Attached to this bedroom is an en suite bath with double vanities and a stand up shower. Across the hallway is the 2nd bedroom with twin beds, closet space and a 50″ HD smart tv. Just adjacent to this bedroom is the hallway bath with a tub/shower combo.
Step past this and you will enter a spectacular living room space with 65″ HD Smart tv and decor chock full of mid century modern vibes. You will enjoy all the natural light coming in from the slider doors to keep it bright and cheery. Connected to the living room is the dining area with a table including seating for 4, a water filtration station, a Kuerig duo drip coffee and espresso machine and fully stocked kitchen for the chef of the family.
A Car is Recommended. Uber is available in the area but can be limited at times. Sorry but golf carts are not allowed.
We will provide all of your sheets and bath towels with the cleaning fee we charge as well as hand soaps, dish soap in the kitchen, a couple of laundry and dish pods, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom and a roll of paper towels to get you started for your stay. Please note we don’t provide beach towels, umbrella or chairs, but we do have some pretty amazing beach chairs for rent very reasonably.

Myrtle Beach Resort is perfectly located on the southernmost tip of Myrtle Beach, just south of the Market Common and 2 miles north of Surfside Beach, “The Family Beach”. You will be across the street from a grocery store (Walmart Neighborhood Market) and 10 minutes from fabulous restaurants in Downtown Surfside and at the brand new Surfside Pier. Or head north to Broadway at the Beach, only about 15 minutes away.

Pool: 9am-10pm
No glass in pool or surrounding enclosure.
No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian.
Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in pool area and court side. First Aid kits are located on pool decks next to emergency phone.
Pets: No pets allowed by renters.
Balconies: Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. A dryer is provided in each unit. No portable grills are permitted on balconies!
Grills: Grills and smoker are provided for all residents and guests to utilize. Please ensure you are attending the grill at all times during usage. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios.
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. Not all buildings have a dumpster in their direct lot. Please use the ones located in the parking lots of the adjacent building or opposite building.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Each unit is allowed 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking just across from the main lot. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners.
Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
