Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, The Chelsea at 29th Avenue N and Ocean Blvd is directly across the street from a public beach access point and only a few blocks from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and the Convention Center. You couldn’t have a much better location! Across the street is Starbucks/Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream and one block west you will find Green’s Discount Beverage for all your favorite Happy Hour Libations. Walk to the highly rated and delicious Sea Captain’s House or take a stroll down the Golden Mile and see why they call it that.
Entering this updated and modern 2nd floor condo, you will immediately be drawn to the natural light streaming through the ocean facing covered balcony. The open floor plan living/dining areas are spacious and tastefully appointed with plenty of seating for your whole family. There is a 55″ flat screened tv, queen sleeper sofa and separate love seat, large dining table seating 6 and additional dining table on the balcony for an ocean facing breakfast or Happy Hour. There is a fully stocked open kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops that you can prepare delicious home cooked meals in if you choose. The primary suite has a full sized bed, twin bed, large closet, 50″ flat screen tv, a beautifully updated en suite bathroom and private balcony access. The 2nd Bedroom also has queen and twin beds and back balcony access with additional seating so you can watch the kids play at the pool while in the shade. There is also a back entrance to the pool and hot tub deck from this balcony (yellow door in the last balcony picture).
A car is recommended but you can also walk several places, making it easy to leave your car in the lot for most of your stay! Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the “cleaning fee”. You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!

There is a Starbucks/Ben and Jerry’s across the street, the renowned Sea Captain’s house with ocean front bar is a 3 blocks walk away and you will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk and Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Pool: 9am-10pm No glass or pets in pool or surrounding enclosure. No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian. Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in pool area.
Pets: No pets allowed by renters. Balconies: Please Do Not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies.
Grills: Portable grills Are Not permitted on the balconies or patios.
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N just to the West of the main parking lot and across from Starbucks. There is a key on the kitchen counter to unlock the dumpster door.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Please hang provided parking passes from your vehicle’s rear view mirror or place on the dashboard. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the lots.
Noise: Quiet Hours are between 11pm-7am as per citywide ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
