This 3 bedroom 2 bath 1400 square foot condo is truly a gem. Enjoy mornings on any one of the two huge balconies with a cup of your favorite coffee as the sun rises and the salt air breeze cools you off. Spend the afternoon sunning on the beach, directly across the street, or exploring the Grand Strand with its many venues and attractions. In late afternoon, enjoy your favorite beverage while you recap the activities of the day with the family while enjoying the secluded courtyard pool and large hot tub. The open design of the living room/kitchen allows everyone in your party to chat and swap stories while relaxing or whipping up a meal. Another perk of this condo is the spacious sleeping arrangements that will refresh you for the next day’s adventures. Wanting to enjoy a dinner out? Sea Captains House, Vicini’s and a whole host of other fantastic restaurants are within 10 minutes of the location. Or stay in and chef your meal in style and dine on the deck looking out at the ocean views!
A car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the “cleaning fee”. You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!

Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, you will be super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer both on the water and inland. There is a Starbucks/Ben and Jerry’s across the street, the renowned Sea Captain’s house with ocean front bar is a 3 blocks walk away and you will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk and Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Pool: 9am-10pm
No glass or pets in pool or surrounding enclosure.
No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian.
Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in pool area.
Pets: No pets allowed by renters.
Balconies: Please Do Not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies.
Grills: Portable grills Are Not permitted on the balconies or patios.
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N just to the West of the main parking lot and across from Starbucks. There is a key on the kitchen counter to unlock the dumpster door.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Please hang provided parking passes from your vehicle’s rear view mirror or place on the dashboard. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the lots.
Noise: Quiet Hours are between 11pm-7am as per citywide ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.

“Headline: We would definitely would stay again. Just would have picked a first floor.Positive: Location was great and very affordable.Negative: The stairs seemed narrow. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms or on the porches. The AC drain line was clogged and it kept shutting off but the company handled that the next day.. Nobody on site to monitor pool regulations which for the most part was great. 2nd night a large group partied until close to 3am very loudly. If they wanted to swim and relax that would have been fine.”
