One of the best kept secrets in Surfside and primed to make a recurring destination! Rudy’s Reel ‘Em Inn has 1 King and 2 queen beds, including 2 in upstairs loft bedroom. With a fully stocked kitchen and dining area including bar stools for additional seating, you can enjoy the fellowship of family meals. A relaxing spacious covered balcony surrounded by shade trees gives you a cool bird’s eye view of the pool and courtyard to sit and relax, taking in those gorgeous South Carolina sunsets.
As you step inside this 3rd floor condo, you will find a downstairs master suite containing a King Bed, private en suite bathroom with hallway access as well and large closet, giving you plenty of room to spread out. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the main appliances and coffee maker to chef meals at home if you desire. Just adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 4 as well as bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula. The open plan living with vaulted ceilings containing tons of natural light from the sky lights will make family time even more special. Step out onto the covered balcony which overlooks the pool and you will also find the full sized washer and dryer in the utility closet for any laundry needs. Upstairs, you will find the loft suite with 2 queen beds, walk in closet and a private en suite bathroom.
One dedicated parking space is available in front of condo. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the Tennis courts for any additional vehicle.
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don’t plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities and the beach by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren’t charging stations.
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry and dish pods. All of this is included with the “cleaning fee”. You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting beach umbrellas and chairs locally to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Golf Colony at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D’s Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. The world famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 minutes south and there are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the night away with the whole family. The entire 1200 Sqft. condo is yours alone. The pool deck with grills is a shared space, but you will find the local residents and other guests to be very friendly an welcoming and the area to be Family Friendly.

Pool: 9am-10pm
No glass or pets in pool or surrounding enclosure.
No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian.
Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in pool area and court side. First Aid kits are located on pool decks next to emergency phone.
Pets: No pets allowed by renters.
Balconies: Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. A dryer is provided in each unit. No portable grills are permitted on balconies!
Grills: Grills and smoker are provided for all residents and guests to utilize. Please ensure you are attending the grill at all times during usage. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios.
Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. Not all buildings have a dumpster in their direct lot. Please use the ones located in the parking lots of the adjacent building or opposite building.
Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
Parking: Each unit is allowed 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking just across from the main lot. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners.
Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.
