For a spot close to the beach with it's own pool, great deal!  Less than a minute to walk to the beach to watch sunrise.

Barrett's residence exceeded expectations in every way and matched the pictures. My family and I went to South Carolina for Parents' Week at my daughter's college and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Arriving early due to light traffic, we enjoyed an expedited check-in process. While the pool wasn't warmed as expected initially, the management was quick to respond and rectify the issue after a single notification, showcasing excellent service. Given how much the kids enjoyed the pool, their swift action was much appreciated. The place was spacious and comfortable for our group of ten. I highly recommend this place for its amenities and service, and I'm already looking forward to booking again.

The apartment its of was beautiful! The parking spaces took some skill...LOL especially if other cars were parked there. However as far as the place itself, it was great, centrally located to where my daughter was competing and near lots food and stores. <br/>The only thing that bummed us out was that we weren't pre-warned (unless I missed it) that the pool was out of commission. Saturday was a hot day and my daughter would have loved to get in. I can't blame Barrett for this as obviously he doesn't own the pool or may not have known it wasn't able to be used. <br/>I would definitely stay here again!

Location was great.. the size was perfect for my family.. hosts were very helpful & responsive … even tho the one we originally booked was available they provided a quick solution and got everything straightened out… if we visit SC again, we’ll definitely book again

Our stay at the villa was absolutely amazing. The layout of the five bedrooms was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a group. Everyone had their own space while still being able to come together and enjoy time as a group.<br/>The beach was easily accessible, which made it convenient for morning walks and relaxing by the water. One of the best features was the heated pool—it was definitely a highlight and added an extra level of enjoyment to our stay.<br/>Overall, this villa provided the perfect setting for a memorable getaway, and we would definitely stay here again.
